Tips to Increase your FOOD SKILLS
Prepare a balanced meal with fresh ingredients by using the Eat Well Plate from Health Canada
Steam or microwave vegetables in a small amount of water to keep more of the nutrients in the food
Use a separate cutting board for veggies and another one for raw meat, chicken, and fish to ensure you or others don’t get sick
